Mushroom growing log.

Log inoculated with oyster mushroom mycelium, sealed and ready to use.

The logs are about 34 inches long and between 3.5 and 7 inches in diameter.

These logs will take between 6 months and 1 year before producing their first harvest but will yield for the following 4 to 6 years.

They should be stored outside near the ground (slightly elevated) in a shaded area protected from the wind but not from rain.

Harvests are mainly done in the fall and spring when humidity is high and temperatures are cooler.
