The bags of wood chunks forsmoking contain between 35 and 50 pieces. The bag sizes are measured by volume, not by weight (see the measurements in the photos). The size of the wood chunks varies but is close to the size of a baseball.

The pieces are free of contaminants. The wood used is cut using a chainsaw lubricated with vegetable oil.

The smoker wood chunks are dried before being shipped.
